Head Start puppies receive a head start on essential training before they go to their forever home. They are crate trained and introduced to potty training and basic commands such as "here" "sit" and "stay." We also work on socialization to include introducing them to new noises and environments and acclimate them to wearing a collar and leash.  By the time are ready to go home at 3 to 4 months of age, they have a foundation to help them adjust to their new environment and to continue training with their new owners. This early training sets them up for success and a happy life with their new families.  Head start puppies are limited to one puppy per litter.  A deposit of $1,000 is required ($500 to hold the spot and $500 is due when the puppy is 8 weeks old).
